Where the vision becomes a plan! Whether you are working with our development team or an outside team of your choice this is where we get together to create your dream into a reality! We work closely with our developer to create the best product within your budget.

Step 3: Presentation

What you have been waiting for!! Design presentation. See all the samples and finishes up close. We also have the ability to create full renderings of your project for realistic visuals of your design!

Step 4: Ordering

We have finalized the finishes and know what we want! Lets order! To keep a project moving we like to order everything right away to avoid any shipping delays or long lead times on custom orders. This helps to ensure a on time Reveal date!

Step 5: Project Management

Let us take care of the details! We work closely with the developer or ours to make sure your project is staying on time and in budget. As well as creating contractor tear sheets for supreme communication and accuracy of our design. We are there at every step with site check ins and take care of all the details!

Step 6: Finishing touches and Reveal

Every detail and every item needs to have our sign off! This is where the CM Design team goes through with the developer and blue tapes anything that needs perfecting! Nothing goes unnoticed with our team and we strive for as close to perfection as possible! Once all is approved and checked off by our team we will reveal your new oasis! Welcome Home!
