The remarkable before and afters continue to leave me awestruck. Upon acquiring this home, we were faced with feces strewn across the floors and pervasive mold throughout. In a shocking discovery, one of our demolition crew even stumbled upon someone hidden in a closet! Undeterred, we stripped the entire structure down to a solitary exterior brick wall and meticulously reconstructed it from the ground up. Through this process, we expanded the square footage, crafting two luxurious master suites giving all bedrooms en-suite baths. There are many stunning features of this home, however , the standout for me remains the captivating office and entry wall custom built with steel and glass mixed with soft, traditional warm floors, colors, and millwork.
